FAQ

Before you start

Is the first conversation free?

Yes. We use the initial call to understand the requirement and agree a suitable next step. A formal assessment is a separate paid service.

Do we need an assessment first?

Not always. If the requirement, scope and system access are already clear, we can discuss implementation directly.

Will we need new software?

We review the software you already use first. Existing features, configuration or a process change may cover the requirement.

Can we book content production or training separately?

Yes. Both can be scoped as standalone work. If you already have an implementation project, we check the training included in that scope before arranging additional sessions.

Can government co-funding help?

The AI Advisory Pilot supports eligible work through approved providers. Contact your local Regional Business Partner to confirm the applicable arrangements before commissioning funded work. Our indicative prices show the full service fee.
